Physical fitness is a personal collection of activities that are practiced for
the purpose of developing or maintaining structural composition. This collection should
include aerobic exercise, weight training, and muscular streching.
Exercise can be an excellent tool in the prevention of heart disease and offers dramatic
individual benefits. It can slow or even reverse atherosclerosis, lower blood pressure,
reduce cholesterol levels, and reduce stress and depression.
